Respond to questions, invitations, or surveys.
ANSWER <npc> ANSWER <guild liaison> ANSWER <survey>

Game Helpfile

Syntax:  ANSWER
           Used to answer questions posed by NPC's, room scripts,
           in-game surveys, quest puzzles, and some shops.  At times,
           GM's may send "invitations" to players for informal
           meetings, and the players may teleport to the GM by typing
           ANSWER.
