There's also no limit to how many summoned aegis automatons you have out. The limitations on the aegis automaton jewelry is that they have an individual 1-hour cooldown between summoning and use charges. >>>2. Can a non magic character use it?<<< Yes, non-magic characters can use the aegis automaton jewelry. It doesn't require the summoner to have magical abilities. >>>3. Can it be used while you already have a cyclic spell up?<<< Yes, the summoner isn't using any portion of their own magical abilities for it, so the aegis automaton isn't in conflict with any type of spellcasting.
