Caravaner Tindle has a triangular face, pointed ears, almond-shaped green eyes bedecked with platinum-rimmed spectacles, and a straight nose. His russet hair is long and curly, and he has copper skin and a slender build. He's shorter than most elves and handsome in a rather professorial manner.

Tindle's shop in Crossing -- Tindle's Ores and More -- is reflective of his obsession with hacking on rocks in a never-ending search for rare metals. It's not that he thinks they're pretty. They're just worth a lot of money, and he's keen on money.

Upon returning to the Realms with his family after a ten-year voyage, he has dedicated himself to acquiring the finer things and traveling throughout Elanthia. While not anti-social, he's not particularly social, driven by the pursuits of business and the matter-of-fact completion of a fair deal.

Frequent shoppers at Ore's and More will note that his prices are quite competitive and swing lower to higher and back again as a function of his available stock and the generosity of the mines.
