• The caps of 150 are off, not exactly sure where the hard cap is exactly, but could get off dabbling on a weapon of 170. Heavy Thrown at 188 was stuck on dabbling but still training.

Moving the Cap to 170 on these guys since I was able to get tactics to 3/34 at 171, and my heavy thrown was dabbling at 188, but still training.
