An extremely fragrant sweet, spicy smell persists in the wood despite a smoothly sanded, oiled surface that showcases its satin-like lustre and sanguine hue. A rose-shaped amalgam of petrified insects tops the cane, its surface graven with a circle displaying the cardinal directions, while the opposite end terminates in an extremely sharp orichalcum cap. |
