Requires 100 ranks in destination weapon shape before morph is achieved

I can confirm that this is not the case, so have removed it from the page. I am able to create all forms of the moonblade despite only having over 100 ranks in small edges. I was also able to shape to all forms from as little as 20 to 30 ranks in each of the weapon types. If there is a shaping restriction causing someone to not be able to shape one of the forms, then it must be related to something else.--ABSOLON (talk) 20:13, 13 September 2014 (CDT)
