Delkai Vendbit operates El Bain's Stop.

Delkai is quite tall and very lean for someone who sits around all day. His full head of brown hair, soft hands, and eternal smile easily describe the virtues of peaceful living. His inviting hazel eyes are comforting and don't seem to hurt sales one bit.

Never without his journal, Delkai is always making notes and filling up its pages with his ideas and thoughts. It is anyone's guess to what the tome holds, for he guards it closely. Despite his relaxed nature, Delkai has a fidgety habit of rubbing and turning a snug gold band which adorns his right ring finger.
