Look:	Close inspection reveals that the fabric is actually linen woven with a fine geomentric pattern formed of white and purple threads. Purple cording runs across the top of the dust veil. An enameled pin showing an oddly horned figure is attached to the end of the cord, allowing the veil to be secured across the face.
