A drawing of a river caiman with head and tail extended covers this chart. Overlaid on the figure is a proportions grid demonstrating body relationships. Small cutaway illustrations scattered around the main drawing show different levels of muscle tissue and bone from various parts of the body.
There appears to be something written on it. Nearly four feet in length, the river caiman is a dull green color, designed to blend with the river water and banks it travels. A bony ridge over its eyes protects the creature from water debris, and the yellowish underbelly allows it to hide from any predators that may be swimming beneath.
