I won't address a point by point (too many points) except one that comes immediately to mind: yes, a Necromancer that permadied before becoming Forsaken would walk the Starry Road (plane) like a normal person. Assuming no mitigating factors (don't die by being sacrificed on top of a demonic alter). | |
