There would be severe IC repercussions for marking another player's items, and a less severe IC penalty for bundling another player's items into your work order. We have tools in place that can detect if this is being abused and it will be handled appropriately. Don't be surprised if you lose your Career for a time or get banned from a particular Society until the heat death of the universe should you be so bold as to do this :P
