| You will not be able to stack above the global cap. Two abilities that each grant you 75% of the cap combines to 100% of the cap.
A spell that boosts a stat or skill that is within the caster's sphere of influence will hit 100% of the cap at 100% Potency. If it boosts something outside the caster's sphere of influence, it will have a weaker effect. | |
