Description:	The Locate spell shows you a vision of another person's location. Using more mana will allow you to see further locations further away. If you have the skill, you can cast at yourself or without a target and Locate will scry the locations of nearby creatures.
Example Messaging:	You manipulate the pattern, causing it to branch out and scry the nearby area. You get an odd feeling that someone is watching you. It quickly passes. (Full successful vision) You get an odd feeling for a moment. (Partial successful vision/able to see room description/items, but not the people in the room) You see a very vague vision of <target> at [<region>, <room>]. (No message visible for the target)
