Description: Tenebrous Sense is a simple Perception pattern that translates the subtle shifting of shadow and mass into a tactile sense. This pattern allows its target to function perfectly in the dark. While the sensorum is off-putting to most, this extended tactile sense can assist with foraging, mining, and other gathering tasks.

This is a non-battle spell that can be cast on a single target. Non-battle spells have significantly longer preparation times than battle spells. It can be cast without a target, on other adventurers, and on some objects. It requires a minimum of five mana streams, and can expand to a maximum of ninety-eight mana streams woven into it.

To begin to be able to cast this spell, you will need to reach the rank of a lowly novice. By the time you have mastered this spell, you will be ranked as a true authority in your abilities as a caster. It requires the Augmentation skill to cast effectively.

Effect: Unknown
Example Messaging: You gesture.

Your tactile sense stretches out and intertwines with the shadows around you. You feel mass and movement brush against the shadows like a tingling against your skin.

Devices/Tattoos: Black leather wraparound goggles with button-sized malachite lenses, Brass gear with an oily sheen

Can be cast on objects for an unknown purpose:

You gesture at a supple black leucro hide pack clasped with a gleaming silver fang. The shadows around the leucro hide pack reveals nothing exceptional.
