Since it doesn't work on all creatures, I wanted to start a list of those it does work with. You can tell its working (calling more) when you see this message: A shift in the breeze accompanies the arrival of a CREATURE and when a creature is successfully deterred you see: A faint rustling grows louder, stops briefly, and then fades again.

It would be interesting to see how this list compares to the list of creatures that are unaffected by other mind-influencing spells and enchantes. Maybe we can test the other enchantes as well at the same time? For example, I think that gryphons, bloodvines and maiden's tresses all are unaffected by BALM. Perhaps they're immune to this enchante as well? I've expanded the list below to help track this--Evran 22:52, 3 March 2010 (UTC)

From GM Lohkrian on 02/18/2010 on Play.net Forums<br\> While I of course support a certain amount of PAFO, I'll come out and say that there are no buffs, debuffs or other combat modifiers applied to this enchante, unless you count the inability to escape!

Stat Vs.

What stat does this enchante check against? I was swimming in Crocs, and got engaged by one before I could swim to the next room, but there was a Bard already there singing this and it kept me from retreating. I have low Discipline, which is what I am guessing was the cause. Anyone know? - Glause
