Tiv’s Mantle

A billowing cloak of some unusual crystalline substance appears and wraps itself around <name>.

The cloak is made of some solid crystalline substance, but oddly flows and ripples as if it were supple as cloth. As you gaze upon the billowing material, you become aware of a number of meditational exercises you could perform by interacting with the cloak.
