Dwarf, A (prediction tools)

A Dwarf who hangs out in the area outside of Leth Deriel southeast gate. He sells prediction tools for moon mages.

The Dwarf mutters, "Squirrels, all year round! Always lugging those blasted nuts everywhere and chittering. How's a man supposed to concentrate?"

The Dwarf gives <player> a baleful scowl then asks, "Were you planning on becoming part of the scenery around here?" > The Dwarf says, "'Ware the Y'Shai!"
