Syntax and Messaging
- HOWL (In the open): You throw your head back and howl!
- <Person> throws <his/her> head back and howls!
- HOWL (While hiding): From your hidden location you howl!
- From somewhere close, you hear a howl!
Ranger Bonus
Rangers can HIDE and HOWL to determine their current Ranger_Bonus.
