When waved, summons several faenrae stalkers once per day.
WAVE: Grasping the flag in your hand, you flick it to one side, causing the end of the staff to extend and unfurling the banner. With the flag extended, a small inset is revealed in the shaft, showing a small diamond over the image of a chair and table. You take the flag and wave it above your head a few times before stamping the end on the ground and causing the staff to collapse again.
