1. Go to the center room in the middle of Grave Worms
2. Push the statue then go w, w, sw, go house, s
3. Begin by PULLING head to reset tumblers.
4. Turn the head until the head points at the word fire.
5. Push claw then, push head
6. Turn the head until it points at the word Exchange
7. Pull claw, then push head
8. Turn the head until it points at the word Posion
9. Push claw, then push head
10. Pull the lever then go n, go door, ne, n, e, go door

Once unlocked, it appears to stay open (gargoyle head can't be manipulated) for about 20 minutes.
