Moon Mage Council member from the Celestial Compact. Had been made a part of the Council not long before conclusion of Mirror Wraith Prophecy. Was among those that fell comatose after the attack by Lechsu.

You see Council Member Jonela DeRaeis, a Human. She has brown eyes, short curly amber hair that is loose, and copper skin. She is in her prime for a Human. She is in good shape. She is wearing some grey suede boots, some grey leather hunters inset with brass buttons, a long deep-cerulean cloak threaded with simple golden half moons and a moonstone gwethdesuan.
