Round Time is the term for the period of time in which an action is considered to be taking place that precludes and prevents other actions. It can also caused by an effect or spell that occupies your attention.
If an event occurs that would give you Round Time during existing Round Time, it is typically added onto the current amount.
It is also often referred to as RT.
