any guildleader might not be accurate, you might have to goto ratha to get it, anyone able to verify that they complete the quest when they get it from another npc from a different town then ratha?--Legeres 07:34, 6 March 2009 (UTC)

also is there another requirement to being able to complete it? Jarrath(one of my friends) seems to be missing something when he tries?(without going into too much detail he went to the right area but it said he was lacking something)--Legeres 07:34, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
