[In Plain Sight]
Painted in pale beige, the rough-hewn stone walls have a mix of anatomical charts and tailoring patterns framed upon them. The floor is covered in a deep taupe rug marred with darker spots surrounding a garish display flanked by two mannequins.
You also see a red-inked notice, a large sign, a heavy leather curtain embossed with images of various internal organs, a bloodstained table with several things on it and a gore-streaked bench with a couple of things on it.
A red-inked notice reads:
<Thing>'s Rules: 1. <Thing> is my thrall. Do not attempt to harm or deceive him, or I shall have to find you and correct the situation. 2. While he is still rather good at what he does, <Thing> is undead, and therefore not really that bright on his own. If he doesn't understand what you want, or says the item is too complex for him to change, do not argue -- it won't make him any smarter if you try. |
A large sign reads:
"I hope you find the new items here interesting, and please do come to the auction to be held in the adjoining room to the east. ~<some guy>." |

[Anatomically Inclined Auctions]
Not much more than a small cave-like space carved from the surrounding rock, the room lacks decoration or refinement almost entirely. A neatly lettered sign is affixed near the exit, held fast to the stone by an iron spike.
You also see an auctioneer's podium and a stone bench.
Obvious exits: west.
A sign reads:
"Anatomically Inclined Auctions -- We dig through the guts to bring you the freshest finds!" |
