Issues with obtaining water

Trying this at Theren at Lirum Square fountain, and El Bains at the stream crossing. [Therenborough, Lirum Square] Surrounded by several sets of stained oak benches is a marble fountain filled with clear water pouring from three twin lion's heads. The sounds of children's laughter always present in the days is noticeably absent under the moonlight. Every now and then young lovers stop by the splashing waters of the fountain.
