Exchange
Converts Kronars, Lirums or Dokoras into another of those currencies at a money-changer.
EXCHANGE <amount> <denomination> <currency> TO <currency> (standard money-changer) You see: You hand your <amount> <denomination> <currency> to the money-changer. After collecting <fee> fee, <he/she> hands you <amount and currency>. Others see: <Name> exchanges some words and coins with the money-changer. EXCHANGE ALL <currency> TO <currency> (jar exchange) You see: You count out all of your <currency> and drop them in the proper jar. After figuring <fee> fee in the ledger beside the jar, you reach into the one filled with <currency> and withdraw <amount and currency>. Others see: <Name> deposits some coins into the jar of <source currency> and then removes some coins from another jar. No money-changer present You see: There is no money-changer here. Amount below the minimum You see: The money-changer says crossly, "A transaction that small isn't worth my time. The minimum is one bronze or ten coppers." Amount above the maximum You see: The money-changer coughs and glances around. "I'd really rather not handle transactions larger than a thousand platinum."

The EXCHANGE command converts money from one currency to another in a bank room with a money-changer. It supports Kronars, Lirums and Dokoras.

Syntax

• EXCHANGE <AMOUNT> <DENOMINATION> <CURRENCY> TO <CURRENCY>

Exchanges the specified coins for another currency. Valid denominations are copper, bronze, silver, gold and platinum.

• EXCHANGE ALL <CURRENCY> TO <CURRENCY>

Exchanges all coins of the specified currency.

The EXCHANGE command allows you exchange once currency (kronars, lirums or dokoras) for another, but only if you're in a bank room that has a money-changer.

Syntax:
   Format:  EXCHANGE (amount) (cointype) (currency) TO (currency)
       or:  EXCHANGE ALL (currency) TO (currency)

 Examples:  EXCHANGE 24 PLATINUM KRONARS TO DOKORAS
            EXCHANGE ALL LIRUMS TO KRONARS

Notes

• The minimum exchange is one bronze or ten copper coins. A single transaction cannot exceed 1,000 platinum coins.
• The money-changer deducts an exchange fee before converting the money. The fee depends on the money-changer and may be reduced or removed by applicable benefits or bonus events; see Currency.
• Exchanging a currency into itself is refused.
• You cannot exchange money while hidden or invisible.
