Link would be this one http://elanthipedia.com/wiki/Zoluren_Militia that probably needs some tweaking and anchoring to the Zoluren page somehow.--Paschein 01:33, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Thanks! Saw it on Ysselt's post right after I asked for it. I've split off the inactive from this page, new one is Inactive Official Positions. Let me know any feedback. Each province has it's own militia page (to start) now too, and we can always add for court and ambassador cores too. --Kythryn 02:10, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Looking at this, I thought it might be good to separate Currently Active people and people who are not active (resigned, quit, etc). Thoughts? --Ysselt 14:54, 16 September 2008 (CDT)

That's a good idea Ysselt but shouldn't we label them as active and inactive, or present and past? It's rather confusing. Manze 16:08, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

Lieutenants & Sgt.

As the keeper of records for the Ilithi militia from inception until I retired, I have a ton of roster information. I'll be adding in the GMPC and PC information for Ambassadors & Commanders, but wondered if I should note any lower too. I know personally, my Lt's were very active, but that does open up a whole lot of names to the roster too. In Ilithi, each Commander could have 5 Lt., and each Lt. could have 5 Sgt. While not all the positions were filled for each team, most had a fair number. I'm sure that's the case for the other proviences too, I remember one of the Haven Commanders had mentioned having a full roster of over 100 at one point. --Kythryn 21:26, 20 February 2010 (UTC)

The page is meant to reflect only some of the positions. While I think the history of success is good, it probably belongs on a page for the specific militia section. Such as a Zoluren Militia page, broken down with rosters for each unit. We were trying to keep all FORMER positions separated from all current positions, so people had a reference for what someone "is now" opposed to what they "were". For example, Zoluren has a militia page presently. http://elanthipedia.com/wiki/Zoluren_Militia --Ysselt 01:47, 21 February 2010 (UTC)

Seconded, move the historic information to a separate page so it doesn't confuse what's being tracked with the here and now. Zoluren started a page for it's militia, it probably should be expanded to their entire court. It make sense to do the same for every province with a player appointed militia/court structure.--Paschein 01:51, 21 February 2010 (UTC)

I would propose making generic official position pages for each province, since they do get pretty lengthy. Make sure to link to them from the provinces' pages. Reene 02:02, 21 February 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, thinking this is the best bet, while leaving this page a "general quick reference guide" type thing and making a full list on the provincial pages (those could always use some love). If no one else gets to it, I can start it (but I'd rather not, I have math homework to do, guys). --Ysselt 13:14, 21 February 2010 (UTC)

Since I opened the can of worms, I'll go ahead and make up the provincial 'history' pages today...or, you know, 'soon'. hehe. I had thought a chronological order would be better than the alphabetical when I was adding things yesterday, so unless there are objections, I may tinker with that too. I have the roster information from the Outcast era for the other provinces, but someone else will need to organize post-Outcast if I do that. Paschein, do you have a link to that Zoluren page handy? --Kythryn 23:39, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
