Appearence

You see Stargazer Jahrissk Siskhal, Aggah Saran'ponmi of Muspar'i, a S'Kra Mur Moon Mage.

Jahrissk has an elongated face with a viciously spiked crest which follows the shape of his skull, slitted crystal blue eyes and a long, primitive-looking snout, grey scales with a pale silver underbelly, a thick tail and a slender build.

He is a bit over average height for a S'Kra Mur.

He appears to be young.

Attire

He is wearing a forbidding dragon-skull mask with long teeth and majestically sweeping horns, a pallid dreamstone ouroboros fretted into a knot, a hooded black cloak bearing the crest of Muspar'i, a crisp Velakan linen shirt with a squared collar, a charcoal grey vest, a decorative silver pocket-chain suspending a squared niello fob, a pallid ouroboros ring carved from dreamstone, a dark blue spidersilk belt with a braided silver tassel, a light spidersilk hip pouch stitched with a dragon ouroboros, a pair of wide charcoal grey trews with black silk dragons coiled about the ankles, some blue socks, some black leather hand-tooled boots, a pale spidersilk backpack beautifully embroidered with a dragon ouroboros in black thread and a dark steel tailband embossed with a black-on-black niello dragon.
