The Friends of Truffenyi: Rakash Immortals

[Ancient Tower, Open Air Shrine]

The suppressive walls below give way to open air on this top level of the tower. Great stone columns steadfastly support a battered and weathered roof which has long since lost its shingles to the elements. The rotted remnants of wooden railings hang limply between columns, having lived out their usefulness years ago. You also see a mottled slate grey kitten, a pink-eared white piglet with a peach pirate's gown with a ruffled bodice and daisies adorning the layered skirt on it, an adorable snow-white husky puppy with enormous crystal blue eyes, a tubby honey badger, a coppery saluki puppy flaunting a goldenglow glaes collar and jadeleaf snood, a spiraling staircase, the statue of a wolf, a blue checkered cloth with several things on it and a rusty telescope.

You say, "Alright, minus a few stragglers, i think it is start time."

Zynell

You say, "Welcome to the Friends of Truffenyi event."

Tahlsar gazes at you.

You say, "As we finished the first round of the 13, the clerics agreed that we wanted to recognize the engagement, support, and obvious presence of the Rakash immortals."

You perk up your ears happily.

Nawain gets an impish expression on her face, and lets out a hearty cheer.

You look around, trying to appear nonchalant.

You say, "We also decided that none of us were exactly qualified to speak on behalf of the Rakash immortals specifically, so I will leave that to the Sfek Vauns Arotru speakers."

You grin mischievously.

Gragnel nods in agreement.

Devistic grins.

Siendra smiles at you.

You say, "What i would like to discuss is partnership and recognition."

You say, "The 39 have gathered together and put aside their usual quarls."

You say, "They have also welcomed the Rakash immortals assistance."

You glance up at the sky.

Wahots nods.

Nawain nods in agreement.

You say, "We have seen their works at many of the early events."

You say, "They were at the release of Knife Clan and have answered when called upon."

You nod.

You say, "They have been wonderful partners to have along in this adventure, and tonight we offer appreciation for their efforts."

Gragnel takes a sip of his wine.

Wahots nods.

Tahlsar gazes thoughtfully at you.

You say, "I would like to also once again raise awareness that our traditional Rakash and Prydaen clerics are not able to align their souls to their immortals without great risk to themselves. Also it happens to be frowned upon by the immortals regardless of pantheon it seems."

You frown.

Nawain nods in agreement.

Siendra rubs Nawain gently, massaging her muscles.

You say, "I would like to offer partnership in finding a better way to achieve this basic cleric act, the temple remains silent on the issue."

Tahlsar furrows his brow.

Wahots grumbles.

Leayne ponders.

Nawain nods to you.

Ectheleon nods to you.

You say, "Perhaps with more voices and experiments we can find a solution or annoy the appropriate folk enough."

Nawain chuckles.

Devistic undulates his tail through the air, a sly smirk on his face.

Gragnel snickers at you.

Siendra grins wickedly.

You grin mischievously.

Siendra nods in agreement.

Gragnel takes a sip of his wine.

You playfully tilt your ears in opposite directions.

You say, "Now, as to why the Rakash immortals are individually so magnificent, I would like to turn it over to the Pack."

You bow to Siendra.

Siendra says, "I do owe the Elders a letter soon..."

Siendra Welcome

Wahots gazes thoughtfully at Siendra.

Nawain grins at Siendra.

Wyakin gazes at Siendra.

Devistic angles his ears forward, gazing curiously at Siendra.

Siendra exclaims to you, "Oh, that's me!"

Tahlsar gazes at Siendra.

Nawain giggles at Siendra.

Wyakin smiles at Siendra.

Siendra clears her throat.

Siendra says, "Thank you all for joining us tonight. I will admit that it sometimes feels a bit disheartening to see so much support for the Eastern gods while our Western pantheon is rarely brought to public light. Of course, this support is expected, and let's be clear I do not fault anyone for it. But when it feels as though your own pack is neglected, it can be hard to bear."

Wahots nods to Siendra.

Wyakin smiles.

Gragnel takes a sip of his wine.

Gragnel lets out a long sigh of relief.

Siendra says, "That's why it is my honor to be able to be here tonight, with our Pack Priestess Nawain, to speak on the Great Pack side by side with all the others. In fact, recent times have helped me realize that no matter who we follow, we are all still in this together, and so are our beloved immortals."

Nawain smiles at Siendra.

Tirost nods to Siendra.

Wahots gazes at Siendra.

Chrysagon lets out a loud "Huzzah!" for Nawain!

You nod to Siendra.

Siendra says, "I am going to pass the floor to Nawain first, to speak on Enelne. I will then offer my own praise to Coshivi before she finishes the trio of the Great Pack with Mrod. I do also have an old tale to finish with, if you'll all allow some storytelling. But without further ado now..."

Siendra gestures at Nawain.

Nawain - Enelne

Nawain beams at Siendra!

Nawain nods.

Wahots applauds.

Nawain inhales a great swallow of air.

Nawain recites:

"Brothers, sisters, pack and friends, we gather to give thanks to Enelne, sacred guardian of all that grows, blessed mother of every green blade and waking soul."

Tahlsar gazes at Nawain.

Nawain recites:

"We give thanks to She who watches over the sprouting seed and the shaping thought, who tends us as lovingly as the earth cradles root and stone. In the quiet turning of the seasons, in the swelling of fruit and the blooming of minds, Her hand is ever at work."

Nawain recites:

"It is to Enelne we lift our hopes when we plant with trembling faith. It is Her name we whisper when our children take their first steps, or when an old story finds new ears."

Siendra smiles at Nawain.

Nawain recites:

"She is the verdant hush before a harvest, the pensive breath held between inspiration and telling. She delights in the storyteller who keeps the memory of the people alive, just as She delights in the scholar who searches through the dust of years for wisdom."

Wahots gazes thoughtfully at Nawain.

Wyakin smiles at Nawain.

Nawain recites:

"Her blessings are not only measured in bushels and births, but in kindness, in learning, in growth we cannot see, but surely feel."

Nawain recites:

"In every lesson hard-won, in every tale passed from elder to youth, in every field laid fallow and made rich again, Enelne abides. She is not the storm, but the stillness that follows. Not the fire, but the fertile ash it leaves behind."

Nawain recites:

"I speak not only as one who believes, but as one who has been called. I made a mistake in my attempt to create a tool to confound the Heralds, and in doing so I'd disappointed the Great Pack with my hubris."

Wahots peers quizzically at Nawain.

Nawain recites:

"I am eternally fortunate that every mistake offers both the chance to learn and the seeds for self-improvement. With enduring grace and boundless forgiveness, Enelne took me up when I was full of despair and self-loathing, and filled me instead with understanding and purpose."

Devistic perks his ears up happily as he gazes at Nawain.

Vaddon smiles at Nawain.

Nawain recites:

"In the holy place She took me, beneath the spreading branches of a massive tree on the precipice between the Void and Existence, She tasked me to teach, to guide, to grow, to learn. She offered me a path paved not in glory but in growth, and I will be walking that path for the rest of time."

Aemaranth smiles at Nawain, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Siendra gazes fondly at Nawain.

Nawain recites:

"You belong to Me, She said. You are Ours, and We are Yours. And with those words, with Her touch, with Her love, She planted in my soul the certain knowledge that I would not be walking that path alone. None of us do. She walks with every student struggling to understand, with every parent hoping for their child, with every soul daring to heal. She walks with us right now."

Wahots blinks.

Wyakin gasps!

Tirost smiles.

Nawain recites:

"So let us give thanks to Enelne, who teaches us that all things, no matter how small, no matter how slow, can flourish with care, patience, and faith. May our lives be gardens She delights to walk in. May our words be seeds She scatters on the wind."

Wahots nods.

Siendra throws her head back and howls!

Nawain recites:

"Let us to be patient, but persistent. Gentle, but brave. She reminds us that the smallest kindness may bear fruit for generations. That telling a story, listening to another, or daring to try again is holy work."

Zalinyar smiles at Nawain, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Nawain recites:

"Let your roots go deep. Let your hearts remain open. Grow! Not only upward, but inward. And when you have learned, pass it on. Share your light as Enelne shares Hers."

Nawain recites:

"Praise be to Enelne, Mother Beneath the Sky. She speaks, and we listen. In Enelne's name, let us tend what is within us as lovingly as we tend that which is around us. Let us become more today than we were yesterday. In Enelne's name."

Nawain whispers a prayer from her mouth into the wind, certain it will reach Enelne's ear.

Siendra beams at Nawain!

Siendra looks at Nawain and applauds!

Zalinyar quietly says to Nawain, "Sounds a bit like a bonding, or marriage. Good advice."

Zalinyar smiles at Nawain, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Nawain grins at Zalinyar.

Nawain nods.

Vaddon tilts his head down.

Yavash sets, slowly dropping below the horizon.

Siendra says, "And so that is Enelne! Thank you Nawain. Of course you do her proud."

Nawain blushes furiously!

Wahots looks at Nawain and applauds!

Siendra just tickled Nawain, who laughs and returns the favor.

Devistic looks at Nawain and applauds!

Tirost nods in agreement.

Wyakin looks at Nawain and applauds!

Vaddon smiles at Nawain.

Vaddon says, "Well said."

Siendra - Coshivi

Siendra says, "Now I will turn to Coshivi, my chosen."

Katamba slowly rises above the horizon.

Siendra says, "I am no Cleric, so forgive any impropriety on my part as I navigate this. And while Nawain surely puts me to shame, I will persevere."

Tahlsar gazes at Siendra.

Siendra grins at Nawain.

Nawain giggles at Siendra.

Vaddon smiles at Siendra.

Roxxana beams at Siendra!

Tirost grins.

Ectheleon smiles at Siendra.

Siendra says, "Coshivi is our warrior. He always appears to his people in Moonskin - and he *does* appear."

Siendra says, "It is said that he has been spotted in the heat of battle, side by side with the Rakash, howling his victory for all to hear."

* Truffenyi's Prophet Unaka joins the adventure.

Truffenyi's Prophet Unaka climbed up a spiraling staircase.

Siendra says, "His symbol is a badger, or an afis. Which...well, besides Nawain's bundle there, if you've ever met a badger I'm sure you can understand why the warrior would be such a beast."

Siendra grins.

Nawain laughs!

Nawain gently strokes her badger. It chitters with pleasure then licks her hand with its small pink tongue.

Unaka waves.

Nawain waves to Unaka.

Gragnel waves to Unaka.

Leayne smiles at Unaka, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Unaka blinks.

Tirost gazes at Siendra.

Unaka grins at Gragnel.

Siendra smiles at Unaka.

Aemaranth nods politely to Unaka.

Devistic directs a welcoming chuff at Unaka.

Gragnel adjusts his fur toupee into place.

Tahlsar gazes thoughtfully at Wahots.

Qetu says to Unaka in an Ilithian accent, "Evening Prophet."

Siendra says, "Coshivi holds a special place to many Rakash coming to age, as he guides them into adulthood. He provides strength and assurity to all."

Unaka grins at Qetu.

Vaddon nods to Siendra.

Vaddon jots down some notes.

Wahots nods at Siendra, obviously agreeing with her views.

Unaka glances up at the sky.

Siendra says, "He is also known as a protector of things that do not grow. It is never a failure not to reach full growth in one thing, for there are others to stand by you in our culture to help. And Coshivi will watch them all."

Tirost smiles.

Nawain smiles at Siendra.

Wahots nods to Siendra.

Wyakin smiles at Siendra.

Roxxana nods to Siendra.

Siendra says, "For a tree may lose one limb only to grow another stronger, and that is how we as a people thrive."

Wahots nods politely.

Siendra says, "And lastly, it is our Coshivi whose constant vigilance helped the Rakash escape from the West. He walked with our people, protected and guided them when all felt lost."

You grin.

Siendra says, "I - well, I abandoned my Rakash heritage when I was young, and followed Eluned for quite a while."

Wahots gazes at Siendra.

Nawain rubs Siendra gently, massaging her muscles.

Aemaranth smiles at Siendra, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Gragnel says, "Lady Eluned is a wonderful choice of a patron Immortal."

Gragnel nods in agreement.

Wyakin gazes thoughtfully at Siendra.

Siendra says, "But the pack called me back slowly, and gave me my pack, and I heard Coshivi's howl stronger than any."

Tirost observes Siendra with fascination.

Roxxana throws her head back and howls!

Siendra says, "Nawain so graciously offered to sacrifice me into his arms."

Siendra flashes a quick grin at Nawain.

Nawain ducks her head.

Leayne gasps!

Devistic chuckles.

You chortle softly at some secret joke.

Nawain grins at Siendra.

Siendra quietly says, "I still think she was a little too enthusiastic..."

Nawain snorts, loudly.

Gragnel glances at Nawain.

Siendra exclaims, "But I can't argue with the results!"

Gragnel glances at Siendra.

Ectheleon chuckles.

Unaka glances at Nawain.

Aemaranth says to Nawain in a melodic accent, "One can never sacrifice someone with enough enthusiasim."

Aemaranth grins at Nawain, her dimples flashing into view.

Nawain winces.

Vaddon grins.

Zalinyar ponders.

Roxxana shivers.

Siendra says, "So I give my howl, and my best of what I train hard for, to Coshivi."

Zalinyar glances at Vaddon.

Tahlsar gazes down at his hands.

Unaka nods to Siendra.

Siendra throws her head back and howls!

Nawain quietly says to Aemaranth in a Rakash accent, "My Pack trusts me with their hearts, and souls. I am honored to perform the task for them."

Nawain throws her head back and howls!

Roxxana beams at Siendra!

Siendra exclaims, "And now! Our final member of the Immortal Pack, Mrod!"

Nawain - Mrod

Nawain nods.

Siendra nods to Nawain.

Devistic looks at Siendra and applauds!

Nawain beams!

Siendra smiles.

Roxxana exclaims, "My Favorite!"

Nawain exclaims in a Rakash accent, "Katamba rose, and just in time! Hullo, Sky-Father!"

Nawain throws her head back and howls!

Siendra beams!

Siendra nods in agreement.

Unaka gazes up at the sky.

Tirost glances up at the sky.

Nawain recites:

"Lift your eyes to the sky, my friends, for that is where Mrod's shadow falls!"

Tahlsar glances up at the sky.

Siendra gazes up at the sky.

Nawain recites:

"Mrod, Alpha of the Alphas, leader of the Great Pack, soars above us on wings unseen. He is the watcher in the winds, the star-eyed sentinel who sees all paths past, present, and not yet walked. Where others see only clouds, He sees the endless dance of stars. Where others see only night, He sees the glow of every soul who came before us."

Leayne glances up at the sky.

Tirost gazes thoughtfully at Nawain.

Nawain recites:

"It is He who keeps the bond unbroken between the living and the dead. He leads the Great Pack of those who walked before, who hunted, laughed, wept, and died, and who now run in the high reaches of the sky, untethered by flesh but bound still by kinship. And He does not forget. Not one name, not one deed, not one howl lifted to the stars goes unheard by Mrod."

Nawain recites:

"He is the memory keeper of our past, but He is also the guardian of our future. He is the whisper that tells you when danger is near, the shadow that falls when you must be still, the gust that lifts your step when you think you can go no farther. He is the guide of lost souls, the protector of sacred oaths, the defender of our legacy as a people."

Siendra smiles.

Nawain recites:

"Raise your voices, children of the moons, and know that the echoes of every Rakash who has walked this world howls with you! For He teaches us that we are not alone, not now, not ever. Our ancestors walk with us still, and Mrod watches from above, seeing that the trail is not lost. He sees us. He sees you. And when your time comes to leave this world, He will guide your spirit home, back to the Great Pack, back to your people."

Nawain recites:

"So let us howl our thanks to the heavens, for the gaze of Mrod is upon us, and the Great Pack sings in answer!"

Nawain throws her head back and howls!

Nawain recites:

"Praise be to Mrod, the wind-borne watcher, the guide of souls, the First Among Alphas! We run because He leads. We remember because He never forgets. By Mrod's will we ARE. Praise Mrod!"

The sun vanishes behind a multicolored splendor of clouds as night slowly drapes its starry banner across the skies.

Siendra throws her head back and howls!

Rakash Immortals Vision

A light breeze blows through the area, and you feel a sense of calm.
Rakash version: A light breeze blows through the area, and for a brief moment you have the sense that it is not blowing past, but *through* you, your spirit stirring, a familiar animal instinct rising in you. The shadows lengthen.
The breeze continues to swirl around the area, and you feel at peace.
Rakash version The breeze rushes upwards, and your head tilts to view the sky through the rotted remnants of the roof above. Somehow everything becomes more saturated, a halo of light warming you from the setting sun, and suddenly you are able to see the expanse of stars normally hidden behind day s light. A great crow, many times larger than any you ve seen, passes across your vision, wings spread as it circles.
The breeze continues to swirl around the area, and you feel at peace.
Rakash version: Something makes a snuffling noise at your feet, and you are surprised to see a badger pass through. It stops to grunt and sniff at the wolf statue, then catches your eye with a sparkling gaze, before it trundles off down the stairs. An explosion of butterflies suddenly bursts out from behind one of the columns, spiraling into the air with wobbling grace, each one spilling over the next.

You relax your ears for a moment, letting them sag slightly.

Qetu closes his eyes and makes a sound of contentment that resembles purring in the back of his throat.

Siendra inhales a great swallow of air.

Unaka slowly empties her lungs.

The breeze increases in intensity, and you feel a strange stirring, as though you are being called to action.
Rakash version: Three lupine figures loom in the sky above, their Rakash forms proud, and they stand in poses of readiness, weapons in hand. The stars loom around them.

Wyakin gasps!

The breeze fades to a whisper, and everything returns to normal.
Rakash version: The strange saturation of the area slowly dissipates. The vision and the stars fade away once more. You are left with a feeling of harmony and purpose.

Siendra gazes up at the sky.

Vaddon cracks his knuckles.

Siendra quietly says, "Oh..."

Tirost lets out a long, contemplative breath.

Chrysagon raises an eyebrow.

Aemaranth gazes up at the sky.

Nawain shivers.

Siendra rubs her right eye.

Wahots glances up at the sky.

Leayne glances up at the sky.

Aemaranth smiles, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Gragnel gazes off into the distance.

Nawain whispers a prayer from her mouth into the wind, certain it will reach Enelne's ear.

Unaka says, "Well that felt nice."

(Zalinyar runs a finger up the length of her broadsword testing it's edge)

Tirost nods in agreement.

Qetu nods at Unaka, obviously agreeing with her views.

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "That it did."

Siendra pulls Nawain to her in a tight hug.

Nawain breathlessly says in a Rakash accent, "Amazing."

Nawain pulls Siendra to her in a tight hug.

Unaka asks Nawain, "The wind?"

Aemaranth says in a melodic accent, "It always tickles right behind the eyes when the Immortals show things."

Aemaranth grins, revealing her dimples.

Siendra says, "The...the Pack..."

Siendra points up.

Siendra grins weakly.

Wahots nods to Siendra.

Roxxana exclaims, "Mrod is amazing!"

Gragnel raises an eyebrow.

Vaddon tilts his head up.

Unaka gazes up at the sky.

Zalinyar glances up at the sky.

Drathlar glances up at the sky.

Roxxana throws her head back and howls!

Unaka asks, "The Pack?"

Tahlsar glances up at the sky.

You say, "I think we did not all see the same things."

Siendra softly says, "We saw them."

Leayne nods.

Tirost raises an eyebrow in Siendra's direction.

You say, "That happened with the prydaen immortals as well."

Leayne glances up at the sky.

Wahots nods to Siendra.

Unaka asks, "Oh. The Rakash gods?"

Gragnel asks, "All I saw was the bottom of this wine glass, someone want to fill me in?"

Wyakin smiles at Siendra.

Gragnel takes a sip of his wine.

Siendra nods to Unaka.

Zalinyar nods to Gragnel.

Tirost grins at Gragnel.

Wahots glances at Unaka.

You ask Gragnel, "With what, more wine?"

Siendra says, "They were brilliant."

Siendra gazes up at the sky.

Unaka fixes Siendra with a heavy, ponderous stare.

Siendra throws her head back and howls!

Gragnel says to you, "I'm not opposed to that."

Zalinyar offers Gragnel a glass goblet of darkefire rum with silver varked flames.

Nawain throws her head back and howls!

Gragnel declines Zalinyar's offer.

Zalinyar looks at Gragnel and shrugs.

Zalinyar takes a sip of her rum.

Tirost softly asks Siendra, "What did you see?"

Gragnel says to Zalinyar, "I prefer wine, but thank you anyways."

Zalinyar says to Gragnel, "More for me."

Gragnel shows Zalinyar his wine.

Gragnel takes a sip of his wine.

Roxxana says, "Pretty sure this was a Rakash thing."

Roxxana casually observes the area.

Tahlsar gazes happily at Nawain.

Siendra says to Tirost, "A butterfly, and a badger, and a crow. Drew our gazes upward and they were there, haloed by the stars, standing ready."

Nawain nods in agreement.

Unaka nods to Siendra.

The last of the stars disappear behind a bank of grey clouds.

Qetu smiles at Siendra.

Siendra slowly empties her lungs.

Unaka says, "Wow."

Siendra says to Nawain, "It's because you speak so well."

Ectheleon smiles.

Siendra grins at Nawain.

Nawain proudly says in a Rakash accent, "They're ready. They're ready to fight."

Nawain blinks.

Vaddon smiles at Siendra.

Nawain blushes a bright red color.

Nawain coughs.

Gragnel asks, "And those are the symbols of your gods, if I remember correctly. Yes?"

Nawain squints at Siendra.

You nod to Gragnel.

Siendra smiles at Gragnel.

Siendra nods to Gragnel.

Gragnel nods.

Unaka asks, "How do you all feel about that?"

Siendra says, "Enelne is the butterfly, and Coshivi is the badger, and Mrod - the crow."

You say, "It sounds similar to the vision of the 39 standing ready."

You nod to Unaka.

Gragnel nods to Siendra.

Siendra says to Unaka, "Proud."

Unaka nods to you.

Roxxana nods to Siendra.

Wahots says to Unaka in Rakash, "Let their rage run free."

Siendra smiles wolfishly.

Unaka nods to Wahots.

Qetu says to you in an Ilithian accent, "And the last visions of the armies of light."

Gragnel takes a sip of his wine.

You nod to Qetu.

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "It sounds like this threat if all encompassing."

Nawain says to Unaka in a Rakash accent, "We are standing together, as it ought to be. All of us. We cannot fail in this."

Unaka says in Rakash, "I'm sure the Immortals will welcome their help. May their spirit sound in your howls."

Qetu raises an eyebrow in Unaka's direction.

Tirost nods to Nawain.

Nawain smiles at Unaka.

Siendra beams at Unaka!

Wahots nods to Unaka.

Tahlsar gazes thoughtfully at Unaka.

Tirost says to Nawain, "Well said."

Wyakin smiles at Unaka.

Unaka says to Qetu, "I said I know the Immortals will be glad for the help."

Qetu nods to Unaka.

You nod in agreement.

Nawain glances up at the sky.

Qetu says to Unaka in an Ilithian accent, "If I cannot understand I just assume it was not for my ear, but the surprise was that you spoke such fluent Rakash."

Gragnel lightly touches his panther pin as he says a quick prayer.

Unaka grins at Qetu.

Qetu says to Unaka in an Ilithian accent, "I shouldn't be though, from the Prophet."

Siendra exclaims to Qetu, "Her pronunciations were very good, indeed!"

Unaka says, "Oh. Maybe you hadn't heard. Truffenyi gave me the gift of all languages. And the ability to read and write."

Qetu nods to Unaka.

Wyakin says to Unaka in Rakash, "A wonderful gift."

Unaka rubs her scalp with one hand.

Announcements

You say, "Before Siendra begins her story, We do have two announcements, before folk take to running off."

You say, "Firstly we have a few Truffenyi themed events coming up thanks to Mazilyn."

Unaka says to Qetu, "I'm thinking that he wanted me to be there for... everyone. Not just 'Togs."

You say, "And secondly after much consideration, the clerics will be hosting immortal celebration events every OTHER week henceforth."

You say, "We will also be exploring other provinces. So if you have an immortal you would like to celebrate, let us know and we will figure out how to fit them into the rotation."

Qetu nods to Unaka.

Ectheleon nods.

Siendra smiles at you.

Leayne nods to you.

Siendra nods.

Chrysagon nods.

Gragnel says, "I do so enjoy talking and giving sermons."

Gragnel chuckles.

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "Again, just shows the attention we receive from the immortals."

You exclaim, "And back to storytime with Siendra!"

Unaka asks you, "Truffenyi?"

Unaka grins at you.

Tirost smiles at you.

Siendra laughs!

You say to Unaka, "He is on the schedule somewhere i think."

You giggle.

Unaka nods.

Vaddon smiles.

Storytime with Siendra

Siendra says, "Aptly, I would like to finish with the story of How The Rakash Got His Howl."

Unaka nods to Siendra.

Wahots smiles at Siendra.

Tirost nods to Siendra.

Gragnel raises an eyebrow.

Qetu bows deeply towards Siendra, holding the position and quietly shuffling backward until he is a respectful distance away.

Nawain beams at Siendra!

Wahots gazes thoughtfully at Siendra.

Siendra recites:

"In the oldest days, before we were driven from our home, before the World Dragon charred Katamba, before our first written accounts of things, we roamed in packs, our bodies whole. Even then, the pack was life. To be separated from the pack, certain death. Mrod held the sky, Enelne the earth, and Coshivi hunted beside us. But we did not yet have our howl - could not pierce the night to call out to our pack. Our voices caught the wind and floated away."

Vaddon shifts his weight.

Siendra recites:

"There was a cub, fur as white as mountain snow, eyes as black as a crow s feathers, ears tall and sharp as pinecones. He ran with his pack and did not know encumbrance. He ate with his pack and did not know hunger. He laughed with his pack and did not know sorrow. Never had he been alone in all his days, and his heart beat in the same rhythm as all his pack."

Siendra recites:

"The year he was to come of age, before his first hunt without his pack's elders, the snow came early and sudden. The pack bristled at the sudden storm - how food hid or slumbered in the snow. Together they roamed for food, careful to stay within a wind's throw of their voices. But our little snow-furred cub became distracted. He smelled something delicious, just out of reach, and wandered too close to the forest's edge."

Siendra recites:

"It was for naught - the smell led him to an abandoned rabbit's den, no succulent prey. And when he emerged from the cover of trees, his pack had moved beyond the reach of his voice, past the limits of his eyes. He searched for tracks, sniffed the air and the ground, but the falling snow had erased all impressions his pack had left in the earth. For the first time in his young life, our cub was alone."

Siendra recites:

"Fearsome thoughts overcame him - What would he eat? Where would he find shelter? How would he find his pack again? The only thing he saw in any direction was the white of snow reflecting red light as Yavash rose in the sky."

Wyakin gazes at Siendra.

Siendra recites:

"But fear not, my children, for Mrod is kind. His spirit soars everywhere and sees all. He would not allow a cub to be forever parted from his pack. As the cub shivered in the cold, a crow flew overhead, sharp eyes spotting even the white cub in the white snow. He flew high and saw the cub's pack, searching now not only for food, but for their precious cub. And the crow, black as the print fire leaves on its fuel, landed in the snow beside the cub."

Siendra recites:

"Aren't you hungry? spake the crow. And the cub nodded, his belly a drum rumbling in the winter air. Wouldn't you love a juicy apple? inquired the crow. And the cub nodded, his stomach a gurgling river. And the crow spake again, Then open wide your mouth, and eat that great round apple! The crow took flight, and rose before the red light of Yavash."

Siendra recites:

"The cub opened his mouth, wide and round enough to swallow the moon, but still his belly was empty. He curved his tongue just so in his mouth, to catch the apple when it fell, but the apple could not be plucked from its tree. He sucked in a great breath of air to pull the apple moon into his mouth, but it remained in the sky. All that filled his belly was air."

Siendra recites:

"Unable to eat the great apple, he released a great mournful sigh, his head still tilted back at Yavash. The air in his belly rushed out with the ache in his soul, and from his body came the purest note of music ever sung - the first true Howl of a Rakash."

Zalinyar shivers.

Siendra recites:

"The sound of his cry echoed across the snow-covered lands, alerting his pack to his condition and location. He continued his cries, swallowing the moonlight and singing it out over the earth. Soon enough his pack was upon him, and hollered a greeting. They saw the way his head rose toward the sky, and threw back their heads in joy at his recovery, their howls joining his."

Nawain throws her head back and howls!

Leayne smiles at Nawain, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Wyakin smiles at Wahots.

Wahots smiles at Wyakin.

Siendra recites:

"And from that day every Rakash has known how to swallow the sky and turn it into a song. When we are lonely, when we are hungry, when our hearts thrum with joy, our lungs fill with the scent of apples and the bursting of want. And if you look up into the sky, you can almost catch the sight of a crow on the horizon, reminding us that the spirit of Mrod soars everywhere and sees everything. He will keep the pack together - when we are separated, it will not be for long."

Siendra smiles.

Gragnel chuckles at Unaka.

Leayne smiles at Siendra, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Siendra says to Wahots in Rakash, "Thank you both for attending! Never hesitate to find me."

Siendra smiles.

Aemaranth says to Ectheleon in a melodic accent, "It is wonderful to see you again."

Siendra says, "You are all always welcome to the Rendezvous...es...each month! Stories, games, trivia, we've got it all."

Unaka asks Gragnel, "Need a strong arm?"

Tirost says to Nawain, "You spoke well. I'm glad the Great Pack stands with us."

Wahots says to Wyakin in Rakash, "I know that look. What did I miss."

Tahlsar says to you in a proper accent, "Thank you for organizing this fascinating event."

Gragnel says to Unaka, "You do have strong arms, but I think I need to make my way to the Inn and take a bit of nap. Feeling a little woozy and fuzzy in the head."

Nawain beams at Tirost!

You say to Unaka, "You had mentioned taking questions for Truffenyi. I have one that is not Herald related, but i figured it might be worth an ask."

Wyakin playfully exclaims to Wahots in Rakash, "Nothing!"

You nod to Tahlsar.

Tahlsar bows to you.

Devistic reaches over to scratch the a wolf then suddenly freezes.

To your shock, he turns to stone before your eyes!

Unaka asks Gragnel, "Too much wine?"

Gragnel exclaims, "Walk ever in the favor of the Immortals, all!"

Gragnel nods at Unaka, obviously agreeing with her views.

Wahots says in Rakash, "Ah, the scratch of the wolf."

Wahots smirks.

Zalinyar says to Vaddon, "I'm glad we got to come, we'll have much to talk about round the fire."

(Siendra edges away from the statue.)

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "See, mom was right."

Qetu says to Unaka in an Ilithian accent, "Prophet, it was my pleasure to see you again."

Aemaranth says to Wahots in Rakash, "I apologise if I was, terse earilier."

Unaka nods to Qetu.

Wahots says to Aemaranth in Rakash, "You were."

Wahots says to Aemaranth in Rakash, "And undeservedly."

Tahlsar holds a statue of Devistic in both hands and closes his eyes in concentration.

You ask Unaka, "As clerics we can align our souls to the 39. The traditional rakash and prydaen clerics cannot align with their immortals safely. Is there any information or reason Truffenyi might know of?"

Unaka chuckles.

Nawain observes a statue of Devistic with fascination.

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "Be nice."

Unaka says, "That... I don't think I'll get anywhere with that one, sorry."

Aemaranth says in Rakash, "Not undeserving."

Nawain hopefully asks Tahlsar in a Rakash accent, "Maybe kiss it?"

Tahlsar asks Nawain in a proper accent, "Is he cursed?"

Aemaranth says in Rakash, "But there was another way to handle it."

Siendra giggles at Nawain.

Wahots says to Aemaranth in Rakash, "I disagree with you fully on that."

You nod to Unaka.

Vaddon idly picks at the statue of a wolf.

Nawain says in a Rakash accent, "Newp."

Aemaranth says to Wyakin in Rakash, "It was a pleasure to meet you."

Nawain observes a statue of Devistic with fascination.

Wyakin smiles at Aemaranth.

Nawain pats a statue of Devistic.

Unaka says to you, "Can't say for sure but it's a feeling. Like, I've seen them all, so I have a sense of if I can get anywhere, and I just don't think I will with that one."

Wyakin says to Aemaranth in Rakash, "You as well."

Tirost says, "I must take my leave."

You say to Unaka, "Was worth an ask."

Vaddon says, "We shall be off as well."

Vaddon says, "Thank you for sharing and educating."

Unaka nods to you.

Zalinyar says, "Loved the talks everyone."

Crobin says, "I show up he leaves."

Aemaranth says to Wahots in Rakash, "I will defend my friends even when I know I cannot win. It was interesting meeting you."

Crobin says, "I see how it is."

Unaka says, "You miss every togball throw you don't throw."

Qetu raises an eyebrow in Unaka's direction.

Siendra asks Crobin, "Will you ever recover?"

Siendra appears to be trying hard not to grin.

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "Very true."

You ponder.

(Crobin stands behind Leayne with his arms around her shoulders)

Unaka says, "So, always worth an ask. I'm still thinking about the 'why now' question, by the way. Not sure I will get any further, but I'm thinking. That one is more up in the air."

Wahots says to Wyakin in Rakash, "I am behaving. Honest."

Unaka says, "And the artifacts... don't think I'll find any answers there."

Nawain ponders.

A statue of Devistic suddenly explodes in a fury of changing, shifting light! When the light fades, Devistic is lying in its place.

Nawain lets out a hearty cheer for Devistic!

You say, "Frankly i think the why now has been answered atleast 4 different ways."

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "I am beginning to wonder if the Library itself werent the artifact."

Devistic preens. Someone's pleased with himself!

Siendra exclaims to Devistic, "Welcome back!"

You shrug.

Unaka asks you, "What do you think the answer is?"

Devistic says, "I did not realize.."

Siendra giggles at Devistic.

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "Well, then I will not have to tell mom then."

Aemaranth smiles at Wyakin, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Wyakin smiles at Wahots.

Siendra says to Devistic, "You made a wonderful statue."

Wahots rolls his eyes.

Siendra nods.

Wyakin giggles at Wahots.

Wyakin exclaims in Rakash, "See!"

Wyakin smiles at Siendra.

Siendra appears to be trying hard not to grin.

You say to Unaka, "The way i have described it is the Heralds are snacking on the essence of the plane. but they have stated to be glutons which has starte leaving none for the rest of the plane to exist in."

Unaka nods to you.

Unaka says, "Yeah. Maybe that's one way of looking at it."

You say, "It has always been, but it has been more impactful and noticable in recent times."

Aemaranth says to Nawain in Rakash, "Whenever you want to have that conversation, just let me know."

Siendra says to Wyakin, "For use in emergency situations only, I'm sure."

Siendra giggles.

Nawain nods to Aemaranth.

Wyakin shakes her head.

Nawain smiles at Aemaranth.

Wyakin says in Rakash, "Nope, all the time."

Wyakin smiles.

Unaka says, "But I can also see how people thought they were loving and caretaking, and they wonder where the love went."

Unaka says, "I think maybe that's the real question."

Wahots shakes his head.

Wyakin smiles at Wahots.

Qetu ponders.

Wyakin pats Wahots on the back.

You say, "I think one always loves snacks."

Siendra asks Aemaranth, "Cleric moot?"

Siendra grins.

Unaka nods to you.

Nawain ponders.

You say, "But one still eats the snack."

You shrug.

Wyakin asks Siendra in Rakash, "Do you have empaths in the pack?"

Aemaranth says to Siendra in a melodic accent, "She wants to know my story."

Crobin says, "I snack when bored."

Aemaranth dimples at Siendra.

Siendra ponders.

Wyakin smiles at Siendra.

Siendra asks, "We have...two?"

Wyakin nods to Siendra.

Crobin says, "Thanks love."

Wyakin hugs Siendra, who wraps her arms around Wyakin with a warm smile.

Aemaranth giggles.

Unaka asks Wahots in Rakash, "What's this about behaving for Mom?"

Wahots says to Unaka in Rakash, "Careful baldy, you have no hair for me to trim."

Siendra exclaims to Wyakin, "Not many! Mostly Bards!"

Unaka flashes a wide grin.

Wyakin gives Wahots a gentle poke in the ribs.

Wyakin says in Rakash, "Behave."

Wahots says to Wyakin in Rakash, "She started it."

You say to Unaka, "Besides i think the immortals had to bide their time and gain enough power in this plane before being able to launch such a large scale attack."

Aemaranth says to Siendra in a melodic accent, "I am probably not the best example of a Rakash Cleric."

Wyakin says to herself in Rakash, "Well, mom can finish it if you like."

Aemaranth giggles a little oddly.

Wahots grumbles.

Unaka says in Rakash, "I was more thinking of offering to be the Mom figure. I do a pretty good pep talk now I think. And I'm really strong."

Unaka nods to you.

Wahots says to Unaka in Rakash, "I already have a mom, thank you. One mom is enough."

Unaka chuckles.

Wyakin giggles at Wahots.

Siendra exclaims to Unaka, "You'd be a great matron, though!"

Nawain says to Aemaranth in a Rakash accent, "Piffle! You are a Rakash cleric. That is enough."

Unaka says in Rakash, "Truffenyi is the Father, and I am his... prophet, I guess."

Nawain pats Aemaranth on the back.

Siendra says to Aemaranth, "You do need to stop comparing yourself to others as to what is a "good" Rakash. We are all our own, together."

Siendra says, "You are a good you, and you are Rakash."

Unaka asks, "Also, what's the news on the Prison? Is that still happening?"

Nawain nods to Unaka.

Unaka nods to Nawain.

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "I believe another casting of the "knot" is being planned."

Wahots says in Rakash, "This is that sorcery talk."

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "Trying to recreate the original experiment."

Wahots says to Wyakin in Rakash, "I do not like this."

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "But we are all starting to think the immortals will be required if we seek to regain entrance."

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "Let's hear them out."

Unaka nods to Qetu.

Nawain says to Unaka in a Rakash accent, "Urrem'tier's touch leaves a mark. Always, I think. Hopefully we can figure out a way to see that mark, to better aim our efforts. And... Yes, a knot, I think."

Unaka says, "Hmm, that's an idea, yeah."

Unaka asks, "What do you mean by knot?"

Nawain firmly says in a Rakash accent, "But no godlings."

Wahots squints at Nawain.

Siendra giggles at Nawain.

Nawain squints at Wahots.

Wahots says to Nawain in Rakash, "You are the one I heard about."

Nawain says to Wahots in a Rakash accent, "Probably."

Unaka says to Nawain, "Good."

Wyakin rubs Wahots's back.

Siendra bursts out in a sudden snort of laughter.

Siendra covers her mouth with her hand.

Nawain grins at Siendra.

Siendra exclaims to Nawain, "Sorry!"

Siendra grins sheepishly.

Nawain just tickled Siendra, who laughs and returns the favor.

Siendra giggles.

Qetu says to Unaka in an Ilithian accent, "Weaving all of the different mana's together."

Wahots asks Wyakin in Rakash, "Are you ready?"

Unaka nods.

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "Including the less... or more sorcerous ones..."

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "No. We stay a little longer."

Aemaranth nods.

Wahots sighs.

Aemaranth nods politely to Wyakin.

Wahots quietly says in Rakash, "Fine, fine."

Siendra looks at Wyakin, obviously trying not to grin.

Unaka asks Wahots in Rakash, "You two do everything together?"

Wahots yells in Rakash, "@unak NO!"

Unaka chuckles.

Wahots snorts, loudly.

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "I think she meant traveling...."

Wyakin asks Unaka in Rakash, "Right?"

Unaka says in Rakash, "I said everything."

Unaka says in Rakash, "But... traveling is good."

Wyakin says to Unaka in Rakash, "That is my brother."

Nawain giggles.

Unaka nods to Wyakin.

Aemaranth says to Wyakin in a melodic accent, "I did forget my manners with my lack of an introduction, I am Aemaranth."

Wyakin says to Unaka in Rakash, "So, there are fine lines drawn."

Wyakin says to Aemaranth in Rakash, "I am Wyakin. Pleased to meet you."

Unaka says in Rakash, "I figured it out. You two sound just like two of my sisters."

Wyakin smiles at Aemaranth.

Siendra grins at Unaka.

Wahots sneers at Unaka.

Wyakin pats Wahots on the back.

Unaka smiles at Wahots.

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "Easy, howler."

Wyakin says to Unaka in Rakash, "He has been in the wilds too long."

You ponder.

Wyakin says to Unaka in Rakash, "He is not one that is much on gatherings."

Unaka says in Rakash, "I know how that is. Spent a long, long time there myself."

Wyakin says to Unaka in Rakash, "So, since he lost a bet, he had to bring me here."

Wyakin smiles.

Unaka nods.

Siendra exclaims, "I'm glad he lost that bet!"

Wahots snorts at Wyakin.

Wahots smiles at Siendra.

Wyakin says to Siendra in Rakash, "Me too. It is nice to get him out of his comfort zone."

Unaka says in Rakash, "What makes you uncomfortable makes you stronger."

Wahots folds his arms across his chest.

Nawain cheerfully exclaims in a Rakash accent, "Mrod works in mysterious ways!"

Wahots raises an eyebrow in Unaka's direction.

Siendra nods emphatically at Unaka.

You ask Unaka, "Is there anything in there about Truffenyi's interactions with other planar entities like from the elemental planes, probability plane, exile, orther weird unknown places?"

Wyakin says to Unaka in Rakash, "Within reason, I would agree."

Unaka says to Wahots in Rakash, "I've been learning this. Not been easy, being a prophet."

Wahots says to Unaka in Rakash, "I can only imagine."

Unaka says to you, "I'll think about that one."

Wahots grins.

You nod to Unaka.

Nawain ponders.

Wahots asks Siendra in Rakash, "How many are in your pack?"

Nawain says to Unaka in a Rakash accent, "I... Errr. Have I asked you yet..? Uhh. Do you think Truffenyi would like another altar? There just don't seem to be many. Seems like there ought to be more."

Nawain gnaws on her lip.

Siendra nibbles on her fingers contemplatively.

Unaka says, "Absolutely."

Nawain nods in agreement.

Siendra asks Wahots, "All said and told...maybe...15? 20?"

Wahots nods to Siendra.

Nawain ponders.

Unaka says, "Who knows, it might even be key, if you put it in the right place. Don't know where that would be though."

Wahots says to Siendra in Rakash, "So a sizable force."

Unaka says, "But I keep telling you all, bigger is better. And that's not just because of my size."

Siendra exclaims to Wahots, "We paint an impressive picture, for sure!"

Qetu grins at Unaka.

Wahots says to Siendra in Rakash, "I look forward to observing them."

Wyakin smiles at Siendra.

Nawain says in a Rakash accent, "I keep thinking about the Siergeld Cliffs, over thereish. Overlooking the Clans, and Crossings, and the Rivers... Seems like this place has been a cradle of civilization for a very long while."

Siendra flashes a quick grin at Wyakin.

Wyakin says to Siendra in Rakash, "If anything is out of line, do let me know."

(Nawain waves her hands southeasterly.)

Unaka nods to Nawain.

Wyakin winks at Siendra.

Unaka says, "It has."

Wahots snorts at Wyakin.

Wyakin smiles at Wahots.

Wyakin pats Wahots on the back.

Unaka says, "Also think about... centers of events, ideas, makings."

Nawain nods in agreement.

Crobin says, "Talk soon all."

Leayne softly says, "Be safe."

Siendra says to Wahots, "We do look forward to having you! Our moots are great fun."

Nawain says in a Rakash accent, "I'll put up notices for people to come brainstorm. My perspective is short and small, relatively. Need more eyes to get it right."

Unaka asks Wahots, "Was the trip worth it, to see your gods?"

Siendra nods to Wyakin.

Unaka nods to Nawain.

Wahots says to Unaka in Rakash, "It is always worth a trip to see them. Even from the wilds, alone."

Unaka nods to Wahots.

Wahots nods to Unaka.

Unaka says, "So maybe not such a bad thing to lose a bet."

Unaka says, "And do something uncomfortable."

Wahots snorts at Unaka.

Nawain chuckles.

Unaka grins at Wahots.

Wyakin giggles.

Wahots grumbles.

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "I promise not to tell them what the bet was."

Unaka says to Nawain, "And I think that sounds like a great idea."

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "For now."

Siendra stretches her arms.

Wyakin smiles.

Wahots frowns, shaking his head with an expression of exasperation before resting his face in the palm of his hand.

Nawain nods.

Wyakin says to Siendra in Rakash, "Bribery of the best kind."

Wyakin smiles at Siendra.

Unaka says to Wahots, "But she doesn't promise not to mention it and get all our curiosity going."

Siendra grins at Wyakin.

Wahots quietly says to Unaka in Rakash, "You have no idea."

Unaka chuckles.

Wyakin appears to be trying hard not to grin.

Most of the clouds drift away to reveal starry skies.

Aemaranth says to Siendra in a melodic accent, "If you don't need anything off me, I think I am gonna go set things on fire."

Aemaranth grins at Siendra, her dimples flashing into view.

Nawain laughs!

Siendra says to Unaka, "It was very nice to see you here! I know things are so busy, but it is nice to pull everything together."

Siendra shudders.

Wyakin quietly says to Siendra in Rakash, "I am younger, but so much smarter."

Siendra says, "Fire..."

Siendra blanches.

Nawain praises Aemaranth.

Unaka says to Aemaranth, "Wow, that's a hobby."

Unaka nods to Siendra.

Wahots asks in Rakash, "Fire?"

Wahots asks in Rakash, "What?"

Unaka says to Siendra, "It's good to take a break from all the meditating and see people."

Wahots yells in Rakash, "Where!"

Siendra nods at Unaka, obviously agreeing with her views.

Aemaranth says to Unaka in a melodic accent, "Ushnish does love it when things burn."

Aemaranth grins at Unaka, her dimples flashing into view.

You say, "We should plan his event soon."

You nod to Aemaranth.

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "DO NOT even think it."

Aemaranth says to you in a melodic accent, "I am still searching for a willing sacrifice."

Wahots grumbles.

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "I bet that one will be a warm affair."

Wahots folds his arms across his chest.

Aemaranth grins at you, her dimples flashing into view.

Siendra says, "I'll...bring some extra water."

Unaka frowns.

Qetu grins at Siendra.

You say to Aemaranth, "Well that sounds entertaining."

Aemaranth says to Qetu in a melodic accent, "It will be, I do plan on sacrificing someone to him."

Unaka says, "Careful. Don't think the Temple approves."

You say, "They do not have to."

Nawain nods in agreement.

Wahots gazes at you.

Aemaranth says in a melodic accent, "Ushnish approves, his approval is all I seek."

Siendra grins at you.

You say, "Ushnish has to approve."

You shrug.

Siendra says to you, "You are more devious than I thought."

Wyakin asks Siendra in Rakash, "Sorry if I missed it, but do you have empaths in your pack?"

Aemaranth offers Nawain a vial of naphtha.

Nawain accepts Aemaranth's naphtha.

Nawain grins at Aemaranth.

Nawain praises Aemaranth.

Aemaranth says to Nawain in a melodic accent, "In case you have to set anyone on fire."

Aemaranth giggles.

Unaka says, "Just watch out for the Temple staff."

Siendra exclaims to Wyakin, "Oh, yes, we have one or two. Not many, though, mostly Bards!"

You say to Siendra, "No, i just think the temple is stuffy and full of arbitrary rules that do not follow the Divine's commands all the time."

Qetu asks in an Ilithian accent, "Is the inquisition making a resurgence?"

Aemaranth nods at you, obviously agreeing with your views.

Wyakin says to Siendra in Rakash, "I would love to meet them."

You say to Unaka, "His altar outside the temple has no care for laws."

Unaka nods to you.

Siendra asks Wyakin, "You are one, I assume?"

Nawain says to Qetu in a Rakash accent, "Why yes, yes it is."

Aemaranth says in a melodic accent, "I may have learned a few things from her."

Wyakin just touched Siendra.

Wyakin smiles at Siendra.

Aemaranth grins at you, her dimples flashing into view.

Siendra beams at Wyakin!

Siendra says, "A wonderful path to walk."

You say, "Well placed sacrifices are perfectly approved."

You say, "Though i prefer the shrew's altar in shard."

You shrug.

Wyakin says to Siendra in Rakash, "Someone has to heal this wild one."

Wyakin motions to Wahots.

Siendra grins.

Wahots says in Rakash, "Potions and salves."

Siendra asks, "And a Ranger, then?"

Siendra cocks her head.

Wyakin nods to Siendra.

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "Now if mom heard you say that...."

Wahots says to Wyakin in Rakash, "But she didn't."

Aemaranth says to Wahots in a melodic accent, "One thing we agree on, potions and salves are wonderful."

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "I am glad Merad only requires at minimum orbs."

Wyakin says to Siendra in Rakash, "I will pocket that one for a bribe at another time."

Qetu coughs.

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "Meraud."

Unaka chuckles at Qetu.

Wyakin smiles.

Siendra whispers something to Wyakin.

Siendra looks at Wyakin, obviously trying not to grin.

Siendra pats Wyakin on the back.

You say to Qetu, "30 goes a long way for our newer restorers."

Unaka says, "But the orb comes from yourself, your mind and energy. It's a good gift."

Qetu nods to you.

You ponder.

Wahots squints at Wyakin.

Aemaranth exclaims in a melodic accent, "Anyway! Fires to start!"

Qetu asks Unaka in an Ilithian accent, "I agree but the vessel, is it not a construct of his will?"

Unaka says, "Uh, try not to burn down any civilization."

Siendra exclaims, "Have...fun, I guess!"

You ask Unaka, "Is there anything in there about the Bridge being made for restoring souls?"

Unaka says to Qetu, "Never thought about it."

Aemaranth says to Unaka in a melodic accent, "It was a pleasure to see you again."

Unaka nods to Aemaranth.

Siendra exclaims to Nawain, "Thank you for your help! You are wonderful!"

Wyakin asks Wahots in Rakash, "Are you going to be ready anytime soon?"

Aemaranth says to Siendra in a melodic accent, "I will keep the fires in the south."

Wahots asks Wyakin in Rakash, "Are you serious!?"

Siendra beams at Aemaranth!

Wahots rolls his eyes.

Wahots exclaims in Rakash, "Ugh!"

Siendra pats Aemaranth on the back.

Wyakin giggles.

Unaka says to you, "Probably something, but also probably best not to get bogged down unless we think it will really help the cause."

Siendra grins at Wahots.

Wyakin says to Siendra in Rakash, "We look forward to meeting with you ."

Wyakin says in Rakash, "Even him."

Wyakin smiles.

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "No, I was just asking if you were."

Wyakin smiles.

Unaka gently says to you, "That it is, and a good quality. But I've got to focus on what we're doing now, with the Heralds and wild magic."

Wahots grumbles.

Wyakin pats Wahots on the back.

Wyakin rubs Wahots's back.

You shrug.

Qetu says to Unaka in an Ilithian accent, "Has an increase in the odd fluctuation been noticed? I seem to feel them a lot more recenetly."

Unaka says, "Hmm, no one told me about it, and I'm not a researcher."

Qetu says to Unaka in an Ilithian accent, "In the mana that is."

Qetu nods.

Unaka says, "Maybe take some numbers down."

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "I th ink I might."

Unaka nods to Qetu.

Nawain beams at Devistic!

Siendra exclaims to Devistic, "So glad to hear that!"

Unaka says, "Don't want to say anything about the guy who owns the Squishing Emporium."

Siendra exclaims to Unaka, "I hosted a racial and guild trivia night last Rendezvous, and learned quite a bit about the Gor'Tog people in my research!"

Qetu chuckles at Unaka.

Wahots smirks.

Unaka smiles at Siendra.

Unaka asks Siendra, "Oh yeah, what did you learn?"

Siendra exclaims to Unaka, "How Togball was invented, for one!"

Unaka nods to Siendra.

Siendra says, "That was a fun story."

Qetu asks in an Ilithian accent, "Was it really a gnome?"

Wahots asks in Rakash, "I heard they use gnomes?"

Wyakin gasps!

Siendra exclaims, "It was an escaped piglet!"

Wyakin asks in Rakash, "No?"

Qetu grins at Siendra.

Siendra says, "With a bunch of Gor'Togs running after it to get it back."

Wahots says in Rakash, "Now that had to have been the funniest sight ever."

Qetu asks in an Ilithian accent, "So the undead ones are just undead pigs?"

The last few clouds drift away to reveal a sky full of twinkling stars.

Devistic gazes up at the sky.

Siendra asks Qetu, "I think they...they don't use piglets now. Wait, do they? Are there pigs in the balls??"

Siendra glances at Unaka.

Wyakin says to Wahots in Rakash, "I should check in with the guild before I rest."

Wahots nods.

Unaka chuckles.

Qetu nods.

Wyakin says to Unaka in Rakash, "At least for men, anyway."

Wyakin giggles.

Unaka says to Qetu, "You really don't know me well yet."

Nawain says in a Rakash accent, "It might be cheating if you make your own prophecies come true with chicken. Or it might be genius. I'm leaning towards genius."

Qetu grins at Unaka.

Unaka grins at Nawain.

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "I usually have cake, but i gave my last piece away."

Unaka grins at you.

You giggle.

Qetu grins at Unaka.

Qetu says in an Ilithian accent, "Fair enough."

Unaka says, "Anyway, time to fill up."

You playfully tilt your ears in opposite directions.
