Description:	The Dinazen Olkar spell creates an edged rope of shadows that attempts to rip body parts away from the target.
Effect:	Slice damage, Cold damage, Single target.
Example Messaging:	You gesture at a sleazy lout. A noose of darkest shadows forms in your hands. With a flick of your wrist, you send it flying at a sleazy lout! The noose wraps around and closes straight through its chest. Everything above the chest separates completely from what's left below it, cutting it in two. Gasping out in terror, a sleazy lout crumples to the ground. Eyes closing, the once rebellious flame dies out completely. Roundtime: 1 sec.
