I changed the SPELL time from 10 to 15. In my testing, with a capped GAF cast (which supposedly reduces the research time by 20%) I had to research for 12 minutes (300, 300, 120). Doing the math... 12 ÷ 0.8 = 15. Thus 15 minutes would then be the "maximum" time without any reduction. |
