Chortle
Emotive command showing you found something or someone (or something they did) funny. Type of a laugh.
CHORTLE You see: You chortle softly at some secret joke. Others see: <Player> chortles softly at some secret joke. CHORTLE <player> You see: You chortle at <Player>. Target sees: <Player> starts chortling at you! CHORTLE (while hiding) You see: You chortle. Others see: You hear someone chortling.
