This voucher entitles the bearer to have a custom inkpot (for magical rune tattoos) created. The bearer may choose any non-signature, non-cyclic spell and the amount of power (ranging from 1-100%) the spell will use. (The more power it uses, the greater the user's skill must be.) Additionally, the bearer may choose the design of the tattoo and select from the list of approved locations. This voucher MUST BE REDEEMED WITHIN 90 DAYS of the original purchase date. |
