Description:	Where the Stylus gives expression to focused geometries, Starcrash bludgeons as indiscriminately as a meteor shower. This spell will bring about a series of volatile avtalia formations, causing frozen starlight to fall down nearby for a little while.

Example Messaging:	A tiny starcrasher bends its legs into an angular, arcane gesture. Bright points with luminous tails are strewn across the evening sky, falling. A flying massive block of crystal shatters against your targe. You duck beneath a flying large crystal chunk.

This is an area targeted spell, which must be TARGETed at the area around you before you cast it. This spell does cold and impact damage. It affects yourself and hostile creatures. It requires a minimum of thirty mana streams, and can expand to a maximum of two hundred mana streams woven into it. To begin to be able to cast this spell, you will need to reach the rank of a 50th degree adept. By the time you have mastered this spell, you will be ranked as a guru in your abilities as a caster. It requires the Targeted Magic skill to cast effectively. Before you can learn this spell, you must know Arbiter's Stylus, and be circle 40. It will also cost two spell slots.
