Description:	The Eagle's Cry spell calls forth a frigid condensation of life energy in the form of an eagle. This is a projection of the caster's will, not an independent life-force, and as such its strikes must be targeted by the caster.

Example Messaging:	You raise your left hand skyward and make a forward motion. With a piercing cry, an eagle formed of blue-green energy swoops down from above and behind you, streaking straight towards the musk hog! The eagle gouges straight through the musk hog's right eye with one claw, rendering it nearly useless while streaks of icy frost spider outwards from the socket! The musk hog screams one last time and lies still.
