Ruffians

I know the ruffians in Undershard can cast Ethereal Shield. They also cast some other spells but I wasn't sure what they were. I'm also not sure if the ruffians in the crossing sewers can cast spells as well. --Grindinghalt 21:15, 27 March 2007 (CDT)

Ruffians, footpads, and thugs from the warrens don't teach me any ME with 135, and don't teach any evasion at 128. I don't want to edit their caps, but thought the info might help. --Tjorlando 01:56, 11 February 2010 (UTC)

Taking stock of its offensive abilities, and defending with a small shield and a light haralun throwing axe, you are certain that the ruffian is a relatively easy opponent. Taking stock of its defensive abilities, and attacking with a light haralun throwing axe, you are certain that the ruffian is a creature completely beneath your notice. If you attacked with a light haralun throwing axe, you are certain that the enemy would train quite badly. If you threw the axe at the enemy you are certain that it would train very poorly. Still learn weapons from these, albeit just a trickle. No defenses at all. Hard cap is clearly over 200 but not by a lot.
