I did an app of the new Bizar's in Fang Cove with 93 evasion, 76 shield, 84 parry, and 84 ME:

It blocked a few my attacks, but I was able to kill it. It spent most of it's time casting spells, so I wasn't able to accurately gauge how my defenses held up, although it did get a few good hits in.Otterino 04:23, 15 January 2012 (UTC)

Won't teach TM at all at 104 ranks, weapons go very slowly above 90. Despite the somewhat hard appraisal, they are about sand sprite range. I'm moving the top cap to 100 since they don't seem to teach above that. Also changed skinning difficulty, since with 57 in skin I'm skinning them practically every time.
