Metallic sapphire-blue thread has been sewn into the cloak in a stylized wave pattern. Carefully placed inverted pleats have been twisted to shape the edges of the waves and overstitched with cerulean and silver metallic thread. Dark blue beads have been sewn in to provide shading to the pattern.
The watersilk cloak is pocketed, and can be opened and closed.
The watersilk cloak is fairly malleable.
It appears that the watersilk cloak can be draped over the shoulders.
