| Compare unfortunately doesn't resolve stats that are within +/- 1, so I wouldn't take things comparing identically to mean they are identical.
99 is also not the cap for stats besides quality, and we have specifically have kept the rare metals a bit on the low side until we've had some time to observe how it all balances out. | |
