In a little clearing in the fairgrounds stands a wheeled pushcart, the source of a tempting aroma. On top lie rows of small cookies shaped like seashells, with frosting accenting the whorls on the crispy shells. Underneath it all is a charcoal brazier with a few coals warming the trays on racks above it. You also see the fairgrounds..
