222 TM, 218 Evasion and Shield these still teach fine, I upped the proposed max training cap to 220?. Was in here with someone else and they only spit the web goo at the person they were facing, added a line for that. Not sure, but it just seems like once you're webbed if try to do a physical action the web lasts a little longer. 222 TM, 218 Evasion and Shield these still teach fine, I upped the proposed max training cap to 220?. Was in here with someone else and they only spit the web goo at the person they were facing, added a line for that. Not sure, but it just seems like once you're webbed if try to do a physical action the web lasts a little longer.
