His bright green-streaked platinum hair is short and wavy, and is worn shaved on one side. He has warm caramel-hued skin and a sleek build.

Personality

Phierre tends to act the part of the rake; flirting with both men and women he is an equal opportunity scoundrel. He appears to be perpetually intoxicated often spotted imbibing in various substances both legal and otherwise. He enjoys being lazy and can usually be found shirking his responsibilities loitering in the cemetery smoking, drinking, and generally making merry.

Phierre's Apartment

[Taelbert's Inn, Hallway]
At one time, this inn must have been a private home, which explains the relatively few rooms available for guests. Several doors open up off this second floor hallway, which makes a sharp turn to the north at the far end. You also see a copper-edged myrtlewood door with a golden bell shaped like a closed eye, a goldenglow glaes door engraved with a stylized sunburst, a modest metal door, a narrow door, a wooden staircase, a blue door and an oaken door.

[Phierre's Home]
Walls of tapestry and a circular mosaic floor of multi-colored tiles covered by a deep-fringed jewel tone carpet enclose this hazy smoking lounge. In one corner lies a low golden suede couch with silk throw pillows, and near the couch sits a rustic coffee table topped with a mosaic of slate tiles with a cup of oshu'mary tea and a heavy chronicle with elaborate gold tooling on the cover on it. A fieldstone fireplace with an oak mantel burns along the far wall with an icesteel aquarium mounted in an exquisite smokewood frame hanging above it. The room holds a mild scent of oshu'mary.
