As this first visit was during Aesthene's Close 449 the cost was in Chronocoins. It is unknown if Shelvy is specific to Aesthene's close or if they will return during other events utilizing other currencies. Per Lyneya for Aesthene's Close 449 pricing is as follows:

• A basic item with no special functions and no special rules (Tier 1) will be 2500 chronocoins.
• Items that have special rules or restrictions (T2 -- like magic items, guild-restricted items) will be 3000 chronocoins.

• Items that require editing special fields or using tokens (T3 -- like feature jewelry, shimmer items, floaters if the messaging needs changing) or editing the EZAtmo system (like regen items or whisper charms) will be 4000 chronocoins.
• Items that require adding new fields or creating a new item (T4 -- adding EZAtmo, features, spell customizations) will be 5000 chronocoins.
