Roleplaying verb used to blame another person.
BLAME <player>

You see: You point at <Player> and blame <him/her> for all your problems.
Target sees: <Name> points at you and blames you for all <his/her> problems.
Others see: <Name> points at <Player> and blames <him/her> for all <his/her> problems.

BLAME <self>
You see: You blame yourself for all your problems.
