You take the rod in your hands and focus carefully upon it. You sense a matrix formed using Elemental mana, commonly referred to as the Targeted Magic Foci enchantment. The enchantment is amazingly precise. You sense it was enchanted using a red heavy fount with a coarse surface making it lesser grade with enhanced magnitude. You perceive quite thick and perfectly clear lines empowering the enchantment. This enchantment was tuned to provide additional magnitude a chance for cold damage added to targeted spells.
