Description:	Changes look on a Moonblade with small stat modification.
Effect:	Changes the look and stats of the basic moonblade
Messaging:	An inky serpent of smoky blackness rises from behind you. With a hiss, it wraps itself around your black moonblade, sinking into it until the two become one. Your weapon now appears to be a <descriptive> moonblade.

Currently not able to be learned because the quest does not recognize the 3.0 version of Moonblade. Players who knew the cantrip before 3.0 still know it.
