Much loved by Rangers, Elves, and lovers of the outdoors, this secluded forested area is a fanciful retreat whose name means "Forest of Joy" in Elven.
[Fala Shaen, Sanctuary]
Chiseled out of a natural rock outcropping, there seems to be a timeless quality -- an enchantment -- about this hallowed sanctuary dedicated to the wilderness. Woodland scenes are intricately engraved in the white stone walls in bas-relief. Tendrils of ivy creep through the open archway and climb the walls creating a living border around each carving. Rustic stone benches stand before an exquisite silverwood altar bordered with towers of fragrant pink foxglove blooms.
You also see a cloth-covered wooden crate.
This area also features a reception glade and a faerie ring for dancing.
