| Since the wind shells don't actually contest/require any magic skills, I was able to get permission to allow them to be used by Barbarians for the time being. However, magical items really should require arcana to use, so as Armifer said at some point those may begin to require arcana, and then Barbarians will have to choose whether or not they want to train the skill in order to use such items.
