[Shugar's Cookie Emporium, Bakery]
The enveloping aroma of freshly baked cookies permeates the air of this delightful room, and its walls are lined with glass cases and a small rack containing waxed-paper bags for keeping purchases fresh. Pigtailed Halfling girls and mop-headed Halfling boys dart to and fro, waiting on customers, restocking and scrubbing until everything sparkles. Ruffled gingham curtains frame a doorway in the back wall that leads into a busy kitchen.
You also see a scrubbed metal door, a sign and a brushed steel cart with a massive cookie studded with hundreds of chocolate chips on it.

A sign reads:
"For every regular sized cookie you purchase, you get your name put in for winning the giant cookie! The more you buy, the better chance you have, so what better excuse to indulge? (Winner to be announced during the opening ceremony of Cesiro's festival auction.)"
