Dual load

The ability to load two arrows at the same time (dual-load) is shared between the Rangers and the Barbarians. This ability requires 201 ranks in the type of bow being loaded (short, long, or composite), as well as Guild-specific requirements. Rangers must have the Hands of Lirisa spell active, while Barbarians must be under the effects of the Eagle Dance.
